The brief

Create the Shopify store for UNDRESS and carry out the design changes requested by the client. The work brought the brand’s fashion presentation into an ecommerce storefront, including attention to how pre-order products are presented to shoppers.

Our approach

We used Shopify to create the storefront, bringing together brand imagery, page content and the shopping experience. Client-requested design changes were incorporated into the store’s presentation.

The delivery

A client-approved Shopify store, presented here through its editorial sections, collections and product pages. The case study also highlights the pre-order experience alongside the wider storefront.

Fashion-led store presentation

UNDRESS uses editorial photography and product imagery as a central part of its storefront. Light page surfaces and restrained typography give the clothing room to lead, while navigation and product information remain part of the same visual system.

We designed the storefront around this fashion-led presentation and incorporated the client’s requested changes into the store. The pages bring the brand’s imagery together with the information customers need as they browse.

Store design and development

The engagement brought together storefront design and Shopify development. We made the store for the client, connecting the visual presentation with the structure of an ecommerce website.

The work was delivered in response to the client’s requirements and approved for use in our portfolio. The images show the storefront context in which that work sits, including editorial sections, product collections and product detail pages.

The pre-order experience

Our work also included the pre-order experience, covering its design and functionality within the Shopify store. The visible product page brings the product imagery, size selection, pre-order action and timing information into the purchasing journey.

For a pre-order product, communicating availability and fulfilment expectations is part of the page experience.

From editorial content to product detail

The store moves between campaign imagery, collection browsing and product information. Showing these different page types gives the portfolio a clearer picture of the ecommerce environment than a single promotional photograph could provide.

Frequently Asked

Questions about a project like this

What would a Shopify store like UNDRESS cost?

It depends on the scope: the storefront design, the page types you need and any special features such as a pre-order flow. We confirm the price and delivery timeline after reviewing your requirements. For fixed-price projects above €500, we agree a 40% initial payment, payable upfront or when the design is completed, with 60% due after completion; your proposal confirms the payment schedule. Every website and store we build includes two months of post-launch support for minor changes, fixes and routine updates within the agreed scope. New features and larger additions are quoted separately, with hourly work from €10 per hour.

Can you update or redesign my existing Shopify store?

Yes. Share the changes you have in mind and we scope them, either as a fixed-price job or as hourly work from €10 per hour.

Can you set up a pre-order experience in Shopify?

Our work for UNDRESS included the pre-order design and functionality. Whether the same approach fits your store depends on your products and how you fulfil orders, so we look at that on the scope call.

How long does a Shopify store take?

We confirm the delivery timeline after reviewing your requirements.
