WordPress Website Development

New WordPress sites built so your team can edit them without calling us for every small change. WordPress with Elementor or Divi for content-driven work, with hand-written theme code where a page builder cannot reach the design or the performance bar.

See it in practice: Podium Community, a WordPress and Elementor build; Gran Turismo Travel, a full website redesign; IAPMR Kerala, a build with ongoing care; and our agency development partnership with WHAD.

Talk to us about this
  • Business websites

Full sites with a clear structure, reusable sections and an editing experience your team can pick up without developer help.

  • WordPress Divi

Sites built with the Divi theme and builder, for teams that want its visual editor or already run on it.

  • Figma to WordPress

A finished Figma design becomes a real, editable site, built to match the design closely.

  • Landing pages

Single-purpose pages for a campaign or a launch, built around one clear action.

  • Theme customization

Your existing theme made to match your brand, with layout and components that do not look like everyone else's copy of it.

  • Plugin development

Custom plugins, written in PHP, when the marketplace ones do not quite do the job, and repairs when an installed plugin breaks something else.

02

Headless WordPress

WordPress as the place your team writes and manages content, with a separate front end built for speed and flexibility. Worth it when a standard theme limits the design, the performance, or where the content needs to appear.

Talk to us about this
  • A decoupled front end

A custom front end that reads your content from WordPress through its API, so the site can be fast and designed without theme limits.

  • Content modelling

Custom post types and fields so editors manage structured content instead of fighting a page builder.

  • One source, many places

The same content can feed a website, an app or other channels without being rewritten each time.

  • An honest fit check

Headless costs more to build and run than a standard theme. If you do not need it, we will say so.

03

WordPress API Integrations

Connecting WordPress to the systems your business already runs on, in both directions: pulling data in, pushing it out, and keeping both sides in step.

Example: the CurlyHair website includes a Timma booking integration.

Talk to us about this
  • CRM and marketing tools

Form submissions and customer data flowing into your CRM or email platform automatically.

  • Payments and bookings

Payment gateways and booking tools connected and tested from start to finish.

  • Custom REST endpoints

Our own endpoints on WordPress when another system needs to read from or write to your site.

  • Third-party data

External data such as listings, inventory or feeds shown on the site and refreshed on a schedule.

  • Mapping the data flow

We agree what moves, in which direction and how often before any code is written.

04

WordPress SEO, AEO & GEO

Search visibility built into the site itself: how it is structured, how fast it loads, and how clearly it tells search engines and AI assistants what you do. AEO and GEO are about being the answer, not only a link in the results.

Want AI search visibility on any platform, not just WordPress? See AI Search Visibility (AEO & GEO).

Talk to us about this
  • Technical SEO foundations

Clean site structure, sensible URLs, sitemaps and indexing set up correctly.

  • Structured data

Schema markup so search engines and AI assistants can read your services, business details and FAQs without guessing.

  • Answer-ready content

Pages and FAQs written so an AI assistant can quote them directly.

  • Metadata and internal links

Titles, descriptions and links that help both people and crawlers move through the site.

  • Tracking

Search Console and analytics set up so you can see what is working.

05

WordPress Speed Optimization

Slow sites lose visitors and rankings. We find what is actually slowing yours down and fix that, instead of stacking another caching plugin on top.

Talk to us about this
  • Measure first

We look at real load behaviour before changing anything, so the work targets the actual bottlenecks.

  • Images and media

Properly sized, compressed and lazy-loaded, so they stop dominating page weight.

  • Plugins and code

Heavy or unused plugins removed or replaced, and scripts loaded only where they are needed.

  • Caching and delivery

Page caching, a CDN where it helps, and WordPress settings tuned for speed.

  • Core Web Vitals

Layout shift, slow loading and slow interaction tackled at the source, then measured again.

06

WordPress AI Audit

A review of your WordPress site for AI readiness and AI-related problems: whether AI assistants can understand it, and whether AI-generated code or content has left things broken. Detailed technical audits are quoted separately.

Need AI cleanup on a site that is not WordPress? See AI Cleanup & Support, which works on any platform.

Talk to us about this
  • AI visibility check

Whether AI assistants can find, read and correctly describe your business from your site.

  • Review of AI-built sites

If part of your site was generated by an AI tool, we review it for errors, security gaps and things that will break later.

  • Content and structure review

How the pages are organised, and whether the content answers the questions people actually ask.

  • A written plan

Findings in priority order, with what to fix first and why.

  • Fixes, if you want them

We can carry out the fixes, or hand the report to your own developer.

07

WordPress Migration

Moving a site onto WordPress, between hosts, or from an old WordPress install to a clean one, without losing content or links. We plan the move first: what is moving, what the new addresses will be, and how the old ones redirect to them.

Talk to us about this
  • Platform to WordPress

From an older site or another platform into a WordPress site your team can manage.

  • Host and server moves

Moving to new hosting with the switch planned in advance, and everything checked afterwards.

  • Redirects and links

Old URLs mapped to new ones, so existing links keep working and search engines can follow the move.

  • Content and media

Pages, posts, images and users moved across and checked, not just copied.

  • Cleanup on the way

Dead plugins, old themes and clutter left behind instead of carried over.

08

Maintenance & Support

Keeping a WordPress site healthy after launch, and a team you can ask when something needs changing. Every website we build includes two months of post-launch support first. After that, you can ask for work by the hour, from €10 per hour, or choose monthly care from €300 per month, with the scope agreed up front.

Talk to us about this
  • Updates

WordPress core, theme and plugin updates, applied and checked afterwards.

  • Small changes

Content edits, new sections and design adjustments between bigger projects.

  • Bug fixes

Plugin conflicts, broken layouts and things that stopped working.

  • Theme and plugin work

Tweaks to your theme, and repairs to custom or third-party plugins.

  • Someone to ask

A person who knows your site when something looks wrong.

How we work, and where AI helps

Discovery

What the site needs to do, who edits it after launch, and what you already have.

Build

We use AI to draft and speed up routine work, so more of the time goes into the parts that need judgement.

Review

A person checks the result. Nothing ships because an AI said it was fine.

Handoff and support

A walkthrough of your own dashboard, then two months of post-launch support for minor changes, fixes and routine updates within the agreed scope.

Have a WordPress site that needs work?

Tell us what it needs to do. We confirm the price and delivery timeline after reviewing your requirements.

Frequently Asked

WordPress questions, answered

Opens WhatsApp with your question filled in. Send it from there and it goes to our team.

Featured Answer Do you build with WordPress and Elementor, or write custom code?

Both, depending on what the project needs. WordPress and Elementor for content-driven sites your team needs to edit easily; hand-built theme code when a page builder cannot reach the design or performance bar. For projects that need real backend logic, we also build custom PHP and Laravel applications.

What is headless WordPress, and do I need it?

Headless means WordPress holds your content while a separate front end displays it. It suits sites with demanding design or performance needs, or content that has to appear in more than one place. Most sites do not need it, and we will tell you if yours does not.

Can you fix a WordPress site that was built with AI tools?

Yes. We review the code and content for errors, security gaps and structure problems, give you a written plan, and can carry out the fixes. Detailed technical audits are quoted separately.

Do you offer ongoing WordPress maintenance?

Yes. Monthly care starts at €300 per month with a scope agreed up front, and one-off work starts at €10 per hour. Both can cover core and plugin updates, small content and design changes, and bug fixes.

How much does a WordPress website cost?

Our Express website offer is €200 fixed, for up to 10 pages, built from a suitable premium template (marketplace templates such as ThemeForest included) or a complete design you supply, with straightforward design and functionality. More than 10 pages, or complex design or functionality at any page count, are quoted separately according to scope, and we confirm the scope before starting. For other projects, we confirm the price and delivery timeline after reviewing your requirements, and your proposal confirms the payment schedule. Paid template or plugin licences are third-party costs, disclosed and agreed with you before purchase. They are not part of our development fee. Every website we build includes two months of post-launch support for minor changes, fixes and routine updates within the agreed scope. New features and larger additions are quoted separately, with hourly work from €10 per hour.

Will I be able to edit the site myself after launch?

Yes. We build WordPress sites, with Elementor where it fits, so your team can change text, images and pages without developer help. Part of the handover is a walkthrough of your own dashboard, and the two months of included post-launch support cover minor changes and fixes within the agreed scope.
